Dinner Last Night

Today I'm gonna talk about something else but fashion...
One of my other hobbies: cooking.
I cooked more than usual since yesterday was a TGIF...lol
Like this:

Salad, Japanese radish soupy dish, bean-strarch vermicelli with vinegar, and grilled horse mackerel.
I wanted to make my dinner nourishing since it's getting hotter and hotter.
Vinegar is said as a good prevention against heat injury.
And Horse mackerel prevents form getting older! Wow!lol
Tomatoes are good for skin.
Japanese radish, vinegar, and horse mackerel all make blood circulation smoother.
My blood may be really smooth now:D
Eating delicioous thing and being beautiful is the happiest thing that could ever happen in our lives, right?

今回はちょっとファッションから離れて・・・。
私のもうひとつの趣味、料理。
昨日は金曜日ということで、ちょっと豪華にw
サラダ、大根の煮物、春雨の酢和え、アジの開き。
昨日からすごく暑くなってきたので栄養を採ろうと思って
栄養たっぷりにしました!
酢は暑いときにいいらしいんですよ。
熱中症の予防にもなるとか。
アジは老化防止にも効果があるって、強い!!w
トマトには美肌効果が。
大根、酢、アジのすべてが血液をサラサラにするので
昨日から私の血液はかなりサラサラかも!
おいしいものを食べてキレイになれたら、一番幸せですね。
